I received my repaired Bose on the 11th as
promised. The sound quality and appearance is excellent. It's just like
having a new Bose again. Thank you for your repair efforts and turnaround

I just had to tell you how satisfied I am
with your service in repairing my Bose Lifestyle Sound System. The only
solution that Bose offered was purchasing an entire new system at a
significant cost as well as having to accept black components instead of
the white ones already in place in my home. I was also impressed with
the quick turn time and response. I would
certainly use your

Thanks for the great communication. I like the way Norbern
does business. Of course, I'm hoping that this module will hold for
another 10 years but if it doesn't, I'm hoping that Norbern will still be
around.

I have my BOSE system hooked up and all is now working. All Bose Corp. wanted to do was sell me a whole new system and I would have to junk my built in system and leave a hole in the wall.
Thanks for all your help. All speakers are now up and
running.

just got
the bose lastnight (19th), and I must say it doesn't even look like the
same radio much less sound totally great. I bought this one in 1999 and
after it went bad I couldn't get myself to throw it out. You guys do great
work and thanks a million. Yeah Nome is a bit out of the way from UPS
normal routes. It's not the polar cap but if you stand on the roof you can
see it. One nice thing is we have 24 hr sunshine this time of year. Cheers
