I just had to tell you how satisfied I am with your service in repairing my Bose Lifestyle Sound System.  The only solution that Bose offered was purchasing an entire new system at a significant cost as well as having to accept black components instead of the white ones already in place in my home.  I was also impressed with the quick turn time and response.  I would certainly use your service again and recommend your company to anyone.  Thanks again.

I have my BOSE system hooked up and all is now working.  All Bose Corp. wanted to do was sell me a whole new system and I would have to junk my built in system and leave a hole in the wall.

It was very easy to get my repair completed. The problem I was having was
 completed in a very timely matter. I may have a slight different problem
 with volume control sticking occassionally but that was not why I sent my
 radio. Therefore I can't complain. They did repair my radio better than my
 expectations. Highly recommend!!!!

 I just got the bose lastnight (19th), and I must say it doesn't even look like the same radio much less sound totally great. I bought this one in 1999 and after it went bad I couldn't get myself to throw it out. You guys do great work and thanks a million. Yeah Nome is a bit out of the way from UPS normal routes. It's not the polar cap but if you stand on the roof you can see it. One nice thing is we have 24 hr sunshine this time of year. Cheers to all of your staff,    Jim J.

   Good morning. I wanted to take a few minutes to provide some feed back on the service experience I recently had with your company and a little background my story.  My grandmother's first generation Wave Radio had become unusable due to a loud buzzing noise.  I knew replacing the radio with another model would not be an option as she is suffering from short term memory loss, and would not be able to learn to operate a new system. I was quiet relived to learn about your company, and more so encouraged to find it would be relatively inexpensive to fix the problem. Well we received the radio yesterday and connected it up, it plays beautifully! My grandmother and I are both delighted. The turn around time as well as your customer service were fantastic.

Thank you very much for providing this service. In today's throw away society, it's nice to know there are still some options for having older electronics serviced. Cheers,  Ryan Kish

 After a shelf malfunction destroyed the laser on my Bose, I was afraid I'd
                   have to replace it with one of those new, buttonless, remote-control
                    models.  Certainly Bose offers no alternative to that stoopit design. So
                     imagine my delight when I found Norbern would repair the one I have!  I
                     was even more thrilled with their excellent customer service (yay Toni)
                     and speed of diagnosis, fix, and return.  My Bose sounds great again -
                     maybe even better.  Finally, the price was far less expensive than having
                      to buy an annoying new one which wouldn't have the features I wanted.  Bravo!


 You went way beyond the call when you found parts on eBay for my old Bose
                 Acoustimass unit, thereby saving me an expensive and time-consuming living-room re-wire.  Hats off to you guys!


   I am so happy I noticed an older Bose Wave radio getting tossed out during
                    the neighbor's garage cleaning. I can honestly say it's true the old
                    saying, "whats junk for one is treasure for another". Thanks to Norbern
                    Electronics, my little rescue radio now wakes me up for work with the rich

 I was delighted to find your website.  I had just shopped in Gilroy, Ca,
                  looking for a new radio.  Their "re-conditioned" radios were all remote
                  control, unlike mine and $300.  I am thrilled with the results.  The radio

 I'm so glad I found your website and had my old Bose Acoustic Wave
                  repaired by you.  Bose wouldn't touch my old radio except to offer a small
                  trade in on it.  Norbern was a much cheaper alternative than buying a new
                  Acoustic Wave II and my old radio sounds much better than the newer A/W II
                   anyway.  Everything on my Bose functions flawlessly now.  Return packaging
                   was very well done and unit arrived back at my front door on time and
                   unscathed.  It’s too bad there aren’t more repair businesses like you out
                   there now days - everything is considered disposable these days by most
