I must tell you that I was skeptical about shipping my unit with a value of over $1000 way across country to Colorado but decided to take a chance and do so. I was very impressed with your customer service department keeping me informed every step of the way by calling me to let me know that it had arrived safely, then calling again the next day with an estimate for the necessary repairs.
