Norbern
Electronics warranties repairs for a period of 90 days from
repair invoice date. Warrantees apply only to the actual parts replaced
and the labor charged to replace those parts. It does not cover any other
components of the equipment not replaced. This warranty does not cover
“symptoms” or description of complaints to operation. As an example a “dead”
unit can be caused by many different parts, only the actual parts replaced
to cure the dead unit will be covered under our warranty. Norbern
Electronics does not provide Bose factory warranty repairs. Our warranty is
limited by the following exclusions;
1.
After repairs unit is damaged by any of the following, water,
shipping, lightning or voltage surges, misuse or abuse.
2. Extended play at high volume levels.
3. Attempted repairs or
disassembly by anyone other than Norbern Electronics.
4. Any use not recommended
by the manufacturer.
Warranty does not include
shipping costs to return your unit to us. We will pay the shipping to
return your unit to you if it’s a valid warranty claim. No other warrantees
or guarantees are expressed or implied.

Bose, Wave Radio, Acoustimass, Lifestyle are registered trademarks of Bose
corporation. Any reference to those trademarks are used purely for model
identification purposes.
Listed
repair rates (Flat Rate Repairs) in this website are strictly a guideline and do not guarantee a
repair rate. Any repair estimates quoted over the phone or by email prior to
sending in your unit are not binding. We reserve the right to wave any "Flat
Rate Repair" for any reason after we receive your unit and determine the
repairs needed. Corrosion damages, missing parts, work done on unit by
un-authorized persons, lightning damages are a few reasons flat rate repairs
may be increased. Minimum $120.00 diagnostic fee plus return shipping is due
on all non-repaired units. Prices subject to change without notice.
All
outgoing shipments are shipped UPS FOB Colorado Springs. Norbern Electronics
is not responsible for claims due the shipping damages or delays. A minimum
fee of $120.00 plus return shipping and handling is due on all equipment not
approved for repairs or shipping damaged units or No Problem Found units.
Repairs are not completed without customer approval. Equipment will be
considered abandon 30 days after last contact with customer.
Norbern
Electronics does not sell replacement parts to any individual or repair shop
nor do we provide technical assistance to aid in repairs of your unit.
Norbern Electronics can not be held liable for any technical assistance
given over the phone or by email.
Any technical assistance is limited to operational assistance and
troubleshooting to help determine which items of your equipment may or may
not have defects. We do not guarantee that any assistance we provide will
identify exactly which unit in your system is defective. It is also
possible that other parts of your system not sent in may be defective which
would require additional repair charges.
Payments made with PayPal will only be shipped to
the "Confirmed" address of your PayPal account. We will not ship your
equipment to any other address other than your "Confirmed" address. If
you do not have a "Confirmed" address on your PayPal account you will
need to use a different payment option. Any payments made with PayPal
over $500 will require a SIGNATURE on delivery of your equipment.
